Don’t just grind through your corework: This flow with Matt Phippen makes engaging your abdominals a delicious yogic experience! Begin with a Buddha Squat Flow, then ease your way into wide-legged lunges and Warrior 1 (Virabhadrasana I) with eagle arms, followed by Crow (Bakasana) into standing split and Extended Side Angle (Parsvakonasana). End with a series of backbends including Bow (Dhanurasana), Camel (Ustrasana), and Wheel (Urdhva Dhanurasana) to counter your work. Recommended props: Two blocks (optional).
