This backbending flow mobilizes the spine and expands the chest, playing with the balance of turning inward versus expanding outward. Begin with gentle propwork and a series of Cat-Cow, gradually building to Camel (Ustrasana) and ending in a supported Bridge (Setu Bandhasana). Don’t be afraid to open your heart—vulnerability makes you stronger!
