Let tension fall to the wall—your work is done. Begin in the classic restorative posture Legs up the Wall (Viparita Karani) to reverse the effect of gravity on your lower body. Release into a spinal twist followed by wall variations of the inner thigh opener Dragonfly (Upavistha Konasana) and outer hip opener Cow Face Pose (Gomukhasana). Recommended props: Wall.
