This class is part of Simply Amazing, featuring three 45-minute classes for $19.99.

The body is going to be good at what it does, but it's also going to be good at what it doesn't do—so you always have to try new movements! In this flow class you will explore a variety of poses on fists and fingertips, including Side Plank (Vasistasana) and Crow Pose (Bakasana). Then you'll put those strong fingers to work in Headstand to Crow. Don't worry if this is outside your comfort zone, because over time your body will adapt to the challenge.
