Day 8: Expand the Upper Body

The lower body has demanded most of the attention in these classes—today is all about the spine and shoulders. Glide through Sphinx (Salamba Bhujangasana), Locust (Salabhasana) variations, Dolphin (Ardha Pincha Mayurasana), and several binds to open the back and bring space throughout the upper body. These poses are also great for those who spend a majority of their day stagnant or sitting. Create space and receive the room to breathe.
