The Revival offers a mix of restorative and yin yoga to promote therapeutic rest and healing. Yin yoga targets the deeper connective tissues—fascia, ligament, and bone—rather than emphasizing muscular activity. Restorative yoga uses an abundance of props to support and hold the body in order to surrender, relax, and unwind. Jennifer began her yoga journey almost 20 years ago. Since then, she has been certified as a yoga therapist, co-developed two yoga schools, and is a Wanderlust and YogaWorks teacher trainer. Jennifer believes in the transformative power of yoga through physical practice, self-study and contemplation, and uses these methods to aid students on a path toward health and contentment.
